Acceptable Use Policy

4. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information; and
• use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

Couples must also be based in the United Kingdom, be able to open and maintain a Stripe account in the United Kingdom, including a UK bank account for payouts, and meet Stripe's verification requirements.

Guests may send Gifts from anywhere in the world.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe misuse, fraud or unlawful activity may have occurred.

15. User Content & Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• upload or send content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, misleading, offensive, harmful or defamatory;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• send spam, or commit fraud or money laundering;
• receive payment for goods or services, or for any purpose other than genuine personal gifts;
• create event pages for other people, or impersonate anyone; or
• interfere with, reverse-engineer or attack the Platform.

Shagun Direct may:

• remove content;
• restrict accounts;
• suspend or terminate users; and
• investigate suspected misuse.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or remove access to the Platform, or remove an event page, where we reasonably believe that:

• fraud or suspicious activity has occurred;
• these Terms have been breached;
• unlawful conduct is suspected; or
• the Platform is being misused.

Suspension or termination may take place without prior notice where reasonably necessary. Where appropriate, we will tell you the reason. Stripe may separately restrict or close a Stripe account under the Stripe Terms.
